How we handle your data

Trust is the foundation of an invite-only room. This explains what we collect, why, and how we keep it safe.

What we collect

When you apply to speak, nominate a Visioneer, or register your interest, we ask for the details you give us - your name, email, what you do, the story you'd bring, and any links you choose to share. Nothing is scraped, bought, or inferred from elsewhere.

Why we collect it

Applications and nominations are reviewed by a small group to decide who belongs in the room. Interest registrations are used only to tell you when a session is coming. We never sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties for advertising.

How we keep it secure

All records are held on encrypted infrastructure with access limited to the team that runs the club. We retain application and nomination data only as long as needed to consider them for a future session, and you may ask us to remove yours at any time.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these, write to us and we'll respond without undue delay.
